Professor Adrienne Clarke AC is Laureate Professor at The University of Melbourne. She was also elected President of the International society for Plant Molecular Biology.

Panellists include Jessica Saad (director Wollongong UniCentre and chair of the UniCentre Services Committee), Margaret Biggs (former director Illawarra Schools Workplace Learning Steering Committee and Illawarra Area Consultative Committee) and Louise Meyrick (director Land Equity International and former director Port Kembla Port Corporation).

Men and women in later stages of their career are encouraged to attend and bring a younger guest.

Women on Boards is celebrating International Women's Day with the launch of its inaugural Art Prize for Women Artists. Entries are open to female artists in all genres and close on Sunday 7 March. The works will be hung at the TAP Gallery from 9-14 March. First prize is $1,500 and there is a runner-up encouragement award of $500. 

Thanks to WOBers Julie Ankers of Statement Pieces, Rebecca Davies and Bronwyn Evans for their support for this inaugural award. The TAP Gallery is a not for profit venture run by artists. The website is at  www.tapgallery.org.au
