WOB has an up to date database of 8,000 women who are seeking board roles. More than 60 per cent of the women already have a board position and are seeking additional roles.  WOB members exhibit the board ready personal qualities of intellectual capacity, interpersonal skills, instinct, interest, integrity and a commitment to contribute.
